We are one of the largest producers of ALUMINIUM EXTRUSIONS in India, being ISO 9001:2000 accredited, with a monthly production capacity of 1800 MT. We are equipped with automated Hydraulic Extrusion Presses of 880 MT, 960MT, 1250 MT, 1460MT, 2100 MT and 2250 MT capacity with PLC-controlled robotic puller. For precision die-cutting, the factory is provided with CNC wire cut and EDM spark erosion machines. It has in-house billet casting facilities and is equipped with spectrometer for ensuring strict quality control. A captive power plant ensures uninterrupted supply of power.
We manufacture Aluminium Extruded Profiles of various Shapes & Sizes for applications in different segments like Building & Architectural, Structural Glazing, Electrical Transmission Lines & Equipments / Hardware, Railway Coach Sections, Electronic and Panel Building Profiles, Motor Body, Automotive appliances, Irrigation Pipes, Defence Equipments, Consumer Durables - Ladders, Tower Bolts, Handles, Hinges etc.
We also have in-house POWDER COATING and ANODIZING facilities.
Furthermore, apart from producing Aluminium Extruded Sections/ Profiles, we are also producing Aluminium Accessories & Fittings for Doors, Windows etc.
